Simple lactation tea with fenugreek and fennel

Ingredients
1–2
teaspoons
of fenugreek seeds
1–2
teaspoons
of fennel seeds
250 ml
(1 cup)
of water
Instructions
Crush the fenugreek and fennel seeds lightly using a mortar and pestle (optional, but helps release their flavor).
Bring 250 ml of water to a boil.
Add the seeds to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup.
Let it cool slightly before drinking.
Notes
In summer, it tastes great served over ice with a slice of lemon
